our friends and colleagues, communicating with patients and
caregivers can be challenging. In this course, our faculty
will provide invaluable advice on developing your listening
skills, reading nonverbal cues, recognizing problems with
literacy and understanding, becoming aware of cultural issues
that influence healthcare, and other skills that will help
you to achieve greater success in your practice.
